Anas Kishmaria was elected as The Commissioner for Human Rights in Abkhazia

The Deputies of the Parliament voted for Anas Kishmaria in the post of Commissioner for Human Rights. 32 deputies voted for Kishmaria’s candidacy, two against.
"The position of the Ombudsman is one of the most important in our country. I would like to assure you that I have enough knowledge and qualifications to prove my competence not with words, but with deeds" Anas Kishmaria said.
Anas Kishmaria was born on September 19, 1987 in the village of Bzyb. She graduated from Secondary School No. 2 in Sukhum and St. Petersburg State University (Faculty of Psychology, Department of Political Psychology). From 2008 to the present, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Pedagogical Faculty of the Abkhazian State University, was a specialist at the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Abkhazia.
