Speaker of the Parliament Lasha Ashuba introduced Anas Kishmariya to the staff of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights

At the beginning, Lasha Ashuba thanked the previous Commissioner, Asida Shakryl, and the entire staff of the department for the five-year work done.
"A lot has been done. You have formed a professional team of young people who do serious work every day. Thank you for your contribution to the establishment of this important Institution for Abkhazia," the speaker said.
In turn, Asida Shakryl also thanked the staff of the department and wished good luck to the new Commissioner for Human Rights Anas Kishmaria.
"I hope that the Commissioner's office will only develop. It is important to say that there were 15 of us in the office, and we did not hire anyone without a competitive selection. It's hard work, you need to have many qualities. I wish you to succeed. We, the human rights community, will always be there to help," said Asida Shakryl.
Introducing the new Commissioner for Human Rights, Speaker of Parliament Lasha Ashuba noted her responsibility and strong character.
"Anas Ruslanovna, we congratulate you on your election. You know what this work entails. The struggle for human rights is really not easy, it is a serious constant work with people. This work is very important for the state. You are a responsible person, a person with a core values. I am confident and convinced that you will cope with this work," Lasha Ashuba said.
Anas Kishmaria thanked the Speaker and the deputies for their high trust and noted that the position entrusted to her by the parliamentary corps is very responsible.
"I really hope that I will find understanding and support in you and your colleagues for long-term cooperation. We have a lot of big work ahead of us. The Republic of Abkhazia respects human rights and freedom and I hope that in the future we will only develop this Institution. We will respect and continue all the best practices and traditions left by our predecessors in the person of Asida Georgievna and Dmitry Zurabovich. I hope that we will achieve great success," Anas Kishmaria said.
