Separately, the Commissioner emphasizes the importance of the role of the Institute of advocacy as one of the fundamental institutions of any modern state, including the Abkhazian one. According to Anas Kishmaria, the Institute of Advocacy plays an essential, irreplaceable role in ensuring such democratic principles as access to justice, competitiveness and equality of the parties in court proceedings. "Let me express my gratitude to you and the staff of the Chamber of Lawyers for your difficult, painstaking, tireless work and wish you health, patience, professional success and well-being," the Commissioner notes.
