During the visit on July 13, the Human Rights Commissioners in the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation signed an Agreement on Mutual Understanding between the parties.
According to A. Kishmaria, further development and strengthening of international contacts is an important activity of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia. Lasha Ashuba expressed confidence that the Abkhazian and Russian cooperation in the field of human rights will bring only positive results.
