The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia Anas Kishmaria presented
a report at a conference session dedicated to legal educa on: "Ac ve forms of legal
educa on as a tool for developing legal consciousness of ci zens and raising the level of
public awareness."  
In her speech, the Commissioner spoke about her ac vi es and the work carried out by the
Office of the Commissioner in the Republic of Abkhazia in the field of legal educa on of
ci zens. The session was also a ended by the Head of the Republican Agency for Press and
Mass Communica ons "Tatmedia" Salimgaraev Aidar, Minister of Youth Affairs of the
Republic of Tatarstan Sadykov Rinat, Minister of Jus ce of the Republic of Tatarstan
Rustem Zagidullin, Human Rights Commissioners in the cons tuent en es of the Russian
Federa on, representa ves of public organiza ons, etc.  
The session was moderated by the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of
Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya. The conference is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the
establishment of the Ins tute of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of
Tatarstan.
