Today the outstanding mathemaqcian, professor, doctor of physical and mathemaqcal sciences, rector of the Abkhazian State University, Gvaramia Aleko Alekseevich,
celebrates his anniversary. A congratulatory address was sent by Anas Kishmaria the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia.
The address reads:
