You may submit your complaint during an individual appointment or electronically.
A written complaint addressed to the Ombudsman may be admitted during an individual appointment by a member of staff of the Ombudsman’s office, who is responsible for handling appeals. Complaints must be accompanied by copies of decisions made in judicial or administrative order. A complaint in the form of electronic document is lodged by filling in the dedicated online form on the official website of the Commissioner for Human rights in the RA.
