Ekaterina Lakhova, the Ombudsperson for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia Anas
Kishmaria, took part in the “Partnership Without Borders” teleconference movement on
Wednesday, February 14th. The event was attended by women - leaders of Russia, Abkhazia,
Belorus and South Ossetia. The teleconference took place at IIA «Russia Today» in the office of
Sputnik Abkhazia media agency. The teleconference from Abkhazian side was attended by the
Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Abkhazia Ada Kvarchelia, Secretary of the Public
Chamber of the Republic of Abkhazia Guli Kichba and the graduate of the “Women Leaders”
program Victoria Khurkhumal.
