Employees of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia will take part in a training seminar of the Scientific and Educational Center for Human Rights of the Moscow State Law Academy named after O.E. Kutafina, on the topic “Protection of human rights in the digital environment”, which will take place on April 17, 2024. in a video conferencing format.
      The participation of the Abkhazian human rights institution in this event became possible thanks to the interaction between the offices of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Abkhazia Anas Kishmaria received a corresponding letter with an invitation from the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova.
      In turn, A. Kishmaria thanked T. Moskalkova for inviting her staff to participate in the training seminar, “We will be glad to take advantage of the opportunity you provide. Advanced training of employees of the RA HRC Office is an integral part of the agreement signed between us in 2023 in Moscow. Of course, the exchange of experience and knowledge at the level of interaction between our apparatuses, the establishment of working and friendly ties, should serve the development and strengthening of relations between Abkhazia and Russia.”
