Conference participants noted that digitalization opens up new opportunities, but also carries certain risks. Therefore, protecting personal data and ensuring respect for human rights online should be a priority. The Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Abkhazia A. R. Kishmaria, noted in her speech: "Digitalization significantly simplifies the lives of modern people. At the same time, it creates threats. We are faced with new challenges, new types and forms of crime: dangerous games that often end in suicide, cybercrimes, especially in the economic sphere, and the distribution of narcotics.
In the pursuit of the development of artificial intelligence and digital technologies, it is important not to forget the simple truth: people need people."
