Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova congratulated Anas Kishmaria, Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Abkhazia, on her birthday!
During the telephone conversation Moskalkova noted Anas Kishmaria's personal contribution to establishing full-fledged interaction and cooperation between the two state human rights institutions and expressed her full confidence that the relationship will only continue to develop and strengthen. Moskalkova invited Anas Kishmaria to participate in a meeting of the Eurasian Alliance of Ombudsmen and an international human rights scientific and practical conference which will be held from October 21 to 25 in Moscow.
